2. Your Account

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to PawFile, including pet information, photos, and messages. By uploading content, you grant PawFile a limited licence to store and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on the rights of any third party
• Contains offensive, harmful, or misleading information
• Includes spam, malware, or malicious code

4. Sharing and Privacy

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share via PawFile sharing links. PawFile is not responsible for any privacy issues resulting from your decision to share information with third parties. By sharing a PawFile, you confirm you have read and agreed to our sharing disclaimer.

5. Trusted Account

When you designate a Trusted Account, you grant that person access to your PawFiles according to the permissions you set. You are responsible for managing and revoking this access as needed. PawFile is not liable for actions taken by your Trusted Account.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use PawFile to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Interfere with the platform's security or functionality
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without consent

7. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

PawFile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawFile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your Profile settings. Upon deletion, all your PawFiles, sharing links, and associated data will be permanently removed.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of PawFile after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or the What's New page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
